This Privacy Policy applies to the actions of our Customers in relation to the OFFROAD NATURE TOURS website (www.offroadnaturetours.com). It does not extend to any website that may be accessed through this website, including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social networking websites.

We only process the Client’s personal data if we have a legal basis for doing so. In some cases, we process personal data based on the consent that the Client has expressly granted to Costa Sintra at the time the company collected such information. Costa Sintra collects personal data directly from Clients. In the case of companies that are clients of Costa Sintra there is also the collection of information from Clients.

Costa Sintra may also collect personal data from Clients through other sources, such as partners, social media platforms or third parties that are data aggregators.

The automated process of data collection by Costa Sintra is in full compliance with the Law No. 67/98 of 26 October on the protection of individuals with regard to the treatment of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Costa Sintra aims to ensure that all Clients can exercise their rights regarding personal data, including the right to:
Access: the Client may request further information about the personal data we hold about the Client and request a copy of that data. You may also access your personal data by sending an email to:

Rectification: If the Client believes that the personal data processed is incorrect or incomplete, he/she may request that it be corrected or supplemented by sending an email to info@offroadnaturetours.com.
If the company provides the Client with access to information held about him/her, it will not charge for this, unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive;
However, if Costa Sintra is legally authorized to do so, it may refuse the Client’s request, justifying the reason for refusal.
Erasure: The Client may request the erasure, in part or in whole, of his/her personal data, without prejudice to the legislation applicable to the treatment in question.
Withdrawal of consent: If the Company is processing the Client’s personal data on the basis of his/her consent (as indicated at the time of collection of such data), the Client has the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Complaint: The Client has the right to register a complaint with the data protection authorities regarding the processing of the client’s personal data by Costa Sintra.
RGPD and Client Responsibility:
Costa Sintra’s website is organized with a mandatory checkbox for agreement to the Privacy Policy next to each form.
All legal texts must be filled in by the client and will be the Client’s responsibility. If legally and according to the use that each agency makes of the data it receives, other functionalities are necessary, they should be communicated to Costa Sintra, in order to be eventually budgeted.
Costa Sintra is not responsible for any problems arising from the insufficiency of functionalities related to the RGPD, as such advice will have to be provided to the Client by legal advisors.
Processors:
In order to support the delivery of services, Costa Sintra relies on service providers. Any third party hired by Costa Sintra that will have access to or will have to process data containing personal data is considered a Processor. In such a case, Costa Sintra will take the necessary contractual steps to ensure that subcontractors respect and protect the data subject’s personal data by conducting a security and privacy review prior to any contractual relationship with the third party.
